Special districts across Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties provide essential services that sustain our communities and enhance quality of life. From water and fire protection to healthcare, sanitation, mosquito control, and beyond, these agencies play a vital role in meeting local needs with efficiency and accountability.

While not all districts are members of the California Special Districts Association (CSDA), each one contributes to the strength and resilience of our region. The Central Valley Local Chapter (CVLC) recognizes the value of every district’s work and is committed to fostering collaboration, advocacy, and shared success across all special districts in the Central Valley.
