On behalf of the Central Valley Local Chapter of CSDA, please join us for our September membership meeting. 

We invite special district leaders and staff from across the region to come together for a morning of networking and learning. Many special districts do not have a dedicated public relations or communications team. Communication responsibilities often fall to a general manager, clerk, board secretary, or another staff member without formal communications training. This panel will give districts a practical foundation for communicating clearly, preparing for difficult situations, and telling the story of the services they provide.
